I can't find much info on this film, and imdb says its supposed to be released in 2010

I actually find it hard to believe that after working with Aronofsky, Ron Howard, and  soon to be Tim Burton, this is the film she chooses.

Lindsay Lohan is learning to dance the Tango – ankle bracelet and all – for a new movie role, PEOPLE has learned.
An official announcement is expected this week for Lohan to costar in the new romance Dare to Love Me, sources close to the film confirm. It's the story of Tango legend Carlos Gardel, who was involved in a steamy romance with a prostitute, only to have his world shattered by a bullet that kills her and leaves him crippled with a fragment in his lung for life.
The movie is set in Buenos Aires in the 1920s and centers on Gardel and the mysterious woman.
No word on Lohan's exact role in the film, but sources say she began taking tango lessons Friday for an hour a day – all while wearing the alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet she's had on her leg since emerging from rehab on July 13.

...so I'm not really sure what's going on with this...I know it's a different title and all, but it sort of seems like the same movie, and I don't think it was ever made...plus I really hope that Winona hasn't taken on a role that once belonged to Lindsay Lohan

Curiouser and Curiouser!! Can't see anything in Lindsay's IMDb, but there are other articles that DO talk about it. I'd watch Noni in this movie, if it exists/gets made/she's in it just to see her dance a tango *wafts self* I'm a huge fan of Strictly Come Dancing and Vincent Simone, a WONDERFUL Argentine Tango specialist (yes, I even named myself 'smutterly loves Vincent - TRUE' on the strictly forum *giggle*)

I think she'd enjoy dancing with this guy who, also supposedly, would be playing Gardel:

Winona Ryder might be cast in Gardel movie which will be a biopic drama and star actress Winona Ryder is most likely to be seen as leading lady of motion picture which is currently in pre production stage. So being a dramatic venture forthcoming venture surely looks like having some interesting and impressive features in it to watch out with awe and anticipation.
