I think it'd be a good idea to have a Twitter account for this forum. It could be used for updating people about Winona news, random facts about her, Noni photos, etc. Since so many people already use Twitter, it would be an easier way for them to follow along with news or random information about her, as opposed to separately checking this site (the same goes for any website). I've found Twitter to be really helpful in keeping up with the news, and it's so much easier than jumping from webpage to webpage.
It would probably even bring in new fans here. You could call it something like WinonaFanzRefuge or something with WFZR in the name so that it's still linked to the forum.
What do you guys think?

I would totally make a Twitter account if I had time to keep up with it lol. But I don't think I will since I have been sort of behind on Noni news this year. Facebook is a good idea, too! Also, it's possible to link Twitter and Facebook, so that if you update from Twitter, it appears on FB, too. Anyone else up for making an account?  |

It's your idea...  It's too much work to mantain it, I think... I have a Twitter account to Winona-Ryder.org, but I've set wordpress to send the rss feed direct to Twitter, so I don't need to update it. |

It's your idea... It's too much work to mantain it, I think... But I would be an awful maintainer because I fall behind on Winona news too much. I'm pulling an all-nighter for a bunch of final projects as we speak. Don't ask me why I'm on this board right now. I guess I would like the luxury of being able to keep up with her goings-on via Twitter for when I miss news on here or on imdb. Kashyy: it definitely is! haha. That's cool that you have Twitter linked to Wordpress. I'll have to check it out!! |
