Maybe not that much alike, but I can't help thinking Winona with those big pretty eyes.
Her name is Cecilia Suarez. You should check "Blue Eyelids", great movie.

Not sure if this lookalike slideshow from Yahoo will work as it should but here goes:

There is a comparison of N. Portman and K. Knightley (photo number two) which makes sense...Winona as a younger woman could compare to either...

But then there is one of Winona and Moira Kelly (Photo number eight) which I do not see at all !! and Ms. Kelly is not attractive in the least...

Here is Anna Faris with short dark hair...not sure why since she looked pretty good with longer blonde hair...

Anyway, not a lookalike but a decent resemblance to WR circa "Girl, Interrupted"...
