LOL. Sadly I am following the Jon & Kate +8 story, and wasn't I similarly thrilled to find a website that had all three cover stories (including US Weekly and Star) scanned and posted! But I had no regrets buying the People, it's worth the $3.99 because of the Winona article in it. |

I <3 Winona. I'm glad this article was written, and I hope a lot of people read it!
I was wearing my Free Winona T-shirt a couple of weeks ago, and a rather outspoken family friend asked me if I was trying to make a statement and why I would support her when she did something wrong. I said I was a fan and she still wasn't buying it, and I was going to go into the whole drug overdose thing and her being completely not in the right state of mind, but I really don't think she'd want to hear it. Then I could have kicked myself because I could have easily just said that her incident was OVERLY PUBLICIZED.
Kim Collea said it best: "The attention she got was so cruel... it was difficult emotionally for her." If it was a publicity stunt, wouldn't Winona NOT be trying so hard to keep her life private right now? Yeah, haters can eat it.
