Today Golden Globes nominees will be anounced. For this situation there is a Turkish idiom "I'm waiting with four eyes!"

No nomination for Winona... Yeah and I'm really sor about that. I'm not hopeful about SAG, too. Because she has never been nominated.

I'd be more than surprised if Winona will get any nod for this - I'm still quite impressed for the nod she got for Love. I've come to see over the years that if you ask a random group of poeple about 50% adore and 50% don't like her at all. Looking at critics or IMDB posts I get the same impression. On Black Swan Winona's reception is a little better - about 60% good vs 40% bad - but thats not enough for a nod. She has to be stellar like in Age Of Innocence to silence her opposition. As on her movies in the 00s I mostly ignore others opinions about her movies and have to say as even some weren't masterpieces there was no really bad movie among them and Winona always gave a good performance for me to adore....

and she is nominated for Best Actress in Mini-series and best ensemble in Black Swan at Screen Actors Guild!! It's really happening.. Winona Ryder stoked comeback talk with two nods, one for the TV movie, When Love Is Not Enough: The Lois Wilson Story, and the other for being part of Black Swan's ensemble cast. http://www.eonline.com/ub...m_campaign=imdb_tv-movies

Read the stuff she said about Mel Gibson? So sad - like his Mad Max and Leathal Weapon movies so much. In germany he could be in trouble after such "jokes", with our past its a federal offence called "Volksverhetzung" which the state attourney goes after. But realistically he should visist a former concentration camp next time he's on promotion in germany to learn something. So so many poeple were killed at those "camps" in a horrible industrial kind of way - normally I'm not much emotional but at my visists I always cracked down sooner or later...

I often Google the latest on Noni when I go on line, and this morning it led me to a racist/homophobic site that was promoting the whole 'Holocaust never happened' line...such a charming bunch of haters

I read in a site some racist/homophobic people blaming HER for bringing this history after 15 years. They said it wasn't true, instead her shoplifting thing that WAS TRUE. Sad...

Rachel Weisz's ex takes a shine to Winona Ryder By Katie Nicholl Last updated at 1:56 AM on 9th January 2011 While Rachel Weisz has moved on from her nine-year love affair with director Darren Aronofsky – thanks to her blossoming relationship with Daniel Craig – her ex has taken something of a shine to actress Winona Ryder.
Darren worked with Winona on soon-to-be-released movie Black Swan – and is said to want to team up with the 39-year-old again as he’s smitten with her. Darren, 41, said he did one scene with her that involved ‘20 or 30 takes’, adding: ‘The reason I did so many was because I couldn’t believe that was all the time I was going to get with Winona.
'I really just wanted to keep working with her.’ Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.u...-Ryder.html#ixzz1AXD9hgxV

His films are so good...and if Winona could have some input too it'd be a collaboration I could watch for ever

Nice interview. Perhaps the most sincere and interesting for many years. I really hope that is the real comeback in the place it deserves. Shine. Big and sweet star.
