this is kind of weird:

http://chestnuthilllocal....009.09.24/locallife1.html

How did Bob feel personally about the celebrities he did meet? “Some were very nice like Rob Reiner, Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas, Renee Zellweger and Mel Gibson, but some were really obnoxious like Winona Ryder, Edward Norton and Kevin Spacey. I could not take those people. They are very lucky to be doing what they are doing, but they are just so full of themselves. Edward Norton really disrespected me. If we had been back in Grays Ferry, I’d have clipped him.”

also Ed Norton? Oh my god. I don't like this Bob guy. He is talking about my favorite actress and actor. hah.

Found this pic from Capitalism: A Love Story on Flickr

Is it just a bad flash or is Winona wearing contact lenses?  Cool

 Oh, I don't know.
I think Winona is capable of almost anything.
But I am am almost certain that Michael Moore is drinking a vodka and tonic.

Winona Ryder 'slummed it' on the set of low-budget movie The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee and had to rely on co-star Keanu Reeves to get her to a coffee shop.

The actress insisted on simple comforts when she signed on for the gritty indie movie - but she had no idea how simple they'd be.

She says, "Little did I know I would be in Danbury, Connecticut, without a rental car, living off a highway.

"I had to rely on Keanu, who had the car he drives in the film, to get me to Starbucks - that's how low-budget it was." »

“I’m getting a lot of horror movie offers… but I just don’t like the ones where you have to cut off your own arm to escape the killer.” Actress WINONA RYDER isn’t a fan of slasher films.
i'm gonna take a guess and say that she's not a fan of the saw series  Grin
it'd be pretty sweet if she did a horror movie...though they do tend to suck nowadays...it'd be something new

Since the article mentions her talking to BlackBook Magazine, I hope that means she'll be the November cover feature!

Winona Ryder was hurt by reports she was jealous of Angelina Jolie's Girl, Interrupted Oscar win - because she always knew her co-star would win gold at the Academy Awards.
The two actresses played mental patients in the 1999 film, and Ryder, who also produced the film, insists there were no hard feelings when Jolie was nominated and then went on to win gold for Best Supporting Actress.
She tells Black Book magazine, "I was hurt that people thought that. Everyone assumed I was really jealous because I thought this would be my vehicle.
"We said from the very beginning that the actress who played Lisa (Jolie's part) would probably win an Oscar, because it was the big, great, showy part. I fought very hard for her (Jolie) to have that part."
But Ryder admits she never really got to know Jolie during the making of the film
and the actress has never thanked her for jumpstarting her career and helping her land an Oscar.
Ryder adds, "It won't read in print very nicely if I say that wasn't really her style. But she seems to be a completely different person now."

I liked the UK promotion more - at least she was doing mags there that had a wider spread....after C Mag another one that doesn't have international sales...  Sad
On the other tidbid - I think Winona would've had the means to rent her own car if she really wanted to.... happy yes

With all these recent quotes that have been popping up, there just has to be a magazine feature on the horizon... right? Huh?

Winona on Johnny Depp and Matt Damon:

Quote
"Matt couldn't be a greater, nicer guy. I'm really lucky that I'm on good terms with him. With Johnny, it's like we're good, but we lead very different lives." WINONA RYDER on ex loves MATT DAMON and JOHNNY DEPP.

Robert Pattinson loves 'Reality Bites': Is R-Pattz the new Ethan Hawke?
by Kerrie Mitchell
Categories: New Moon, Twilight
During interviews for EW’s upcoming cover story on New Moon, Robert Pattinson revealed that he and I have something most trivial and intriguing in common: an appreciation of the 1994 Gen X drama Reality Bites. “I really like Ethan Hawke in it. And I liked Winona Ryder. Actually, I liked everything,” he told EW senior writer Karen Valby.

I thought this was interesting. I had no idea that Ricci and Mol were in talks at one point.
