 Hi Chris,

When I was a kid we watched really bad movies at the drive-in while sitting in a Chevy van tricked out with shag carpeting and quadraphonic eight track. Those were the dumbest movies I have ever seen and I loved them. Winona as a cannibal? Bite me!  Bring it on!
 It's all fun, right?

i think it'll be pretty cool if she's in it, she hasn't been in a movie like this before. i'd like to see what role she plays, like will she be doing the people eating or will people be trying to eat her  Tongue

Henry's Crimes a dark romantic comedy which is produced by Keanu Reeves and starts filming in November in Buffalo could be her next movie also
it's about a good hearted man who gets wrongly accused of Robbing a Bank . Just a thought seem's like a movie she would be intrested in  Grin

You know, I was thinking the same thing when I saw that the film started shooting in November. Though, IMO I think three films together is enough. I'd rather not see him in another film with Winona...

I guess... It does make me a bit curious to see how she would play the role! I think it would be fun... perhaps another dark comedy akin to "Heathers".... Hopefully!

Oh come on, she just has to be a cannibal! I simply refuse to see her not doing the people eating!  Cheesy

I don't know they have a slovenian edition.... Embarrassed

Looks like the same pic from July only mirrored - if they have any new pics from that shot in it?

this is kind of weird:

http://chestnuthilllocal....009.09.24/locallife1.html

How did Bob feel personally about the celebrities he did meet? “Some were very nice like Rob Reiner, Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas, Renee Zellweger and Mel Gibson, but some were really obnoxious like Winona Ryder, Edward Norton and Kevin Spacey. I could not take those people. They are very lucky to be doing what they are doing, but they are just so full of themselves. Edward Norton really disrespected me. If we had been back in Grays Ferry, I’d have clipped him.”

Yeah, saw that too. Roll Eyes I would never think of Winona as being obnoxious and full of herself... but I guess what do I know, really? The guy could've just been a giant asshole and Winona simply returned the favor. I mean, who knows what the circumstances were, and to be honest I don't really care, either. Grin

Could Winona be obnonxious?

Any given day,any given question.

Why not?

This guy throws out an opinion without giving us the circumstances. I don't think she suffers fools gladly, she is very protective of herself and her space, she is not as open as some celebs are, any one of those characteristics at any given time could be interpreted as her being obnoxious.

I bet she has bad breath in the morning,as well.

Wasn't there once a bit about someone trying to start talking to her about Wilco and she snuffed him away - well maybe he also wasn't as nice as he told - or on the other hand Winona isn't really comfortable chatting with "fans".

On the other hand Patrick Steward on a Trek con in germany once said that in europe he can go on the streets unmolested - most people recognize him but nothing more - and if they ask for an photograph or autograph they're very polite and not holding a grudge when he declines. In the US on the other hand he said some people are really going crazy...

I'd speculate Winona don't know if a fan is nice or simply someone crazy - and fears drawing more attention....but that's just a guess....

On a second thought: IF I'd see her and found the guts to talk to her I think with my heart throbbing and my brain going into slot-machine mode - throwing out 3 knotted tongues - I guess I also wouldn't sound very intelligent.... blink

Million dollar movie question
By David Knox on September 28, 2009

There were 14 questions correctly answered by tonight’s contestant on Hot Seat, but it was a movie star biography question that faced this obstetrician for the one million dollar question.

“Horowitz is the original surname of which American actor?” asked Eddie McGuire.

Jeff Tarr was teetering between Matt Damon and Winona Ryder, eventually opting for Damon. The answer was Ryder.

After an amazing run of correct answers, it was the one that mattered that proved too tricky.

He wins $1,000 -and no doubt the other contestants are looking for a second invitation to the show, which should be forthcoming.
