Whats wrong with this Cat?

look at the pimple like thing near its mouth.

this cat is real scardy cat, runs at bullet's speed when i go near.
so i cant possibly think of taking her to vets'.

so if someone here can help out whats wrong i can get the medicine & feed it thru food.

things around the nose are strange but the cat didn't seem to suffer or what....so no need to panic but trying to be accepted by her ,step by step must be possible & mayb e someday you'll be able to get her to a vet....and maybe adopt her too...   good luck..
